Modes of Engagement

Sryas offers multiple flexible engagement models that can be customized to suit our clients’ exclusive requirements.
  • Time and Material based pricing: The project cost is the result of project execution time times the rate for the resources. This model is useful for large complex projects or projects where specification and requirement changes are expected during the implementation phase of the project. This model gives the client the flexibility to adapt to changing market needs.
  • Fixed Cost Pricing: We provide a fixed-price quotation for the complete delivery of a system. This model is ideal for clients who do not want the uncertainty that comes with the time and materials based pricing.
  • Dedicated Resource and Facility based pricing: When our clients wish to extend their development or research team, we provide the best skilled resources with the required infrastructure to develop or maintain projects in a cost-effective manner. We also extend customer or project specific teams that are specialized in the technological needs of the client.
Each of these models is honed to suit our clients’ expectations and needs. Little surprise then, that all our projects have consistently met the time and financial targets of our clients.
